I love the name Blue Iris Sanctuary.  The Blue Iris
or Blue Flag is an herbal remedy for the liver, and having fully recovered from fourth stage liver cancer as well as other body parts such as breast, ovaries, esophagus and tongue ( liver cancer is well known for jumping to the esophagus and go up ), it was only fitting. This particular Blue Iris in my logo is
the Rocky Mountain Blue Iris is particularly sentimental as I am from Colorado.

My logo is a photograph taken by our family friend Dr. Bower. May he rest in peace.  This particular flower was found behind our family cabin.

What is in a name
C.  "Adelle" Schultz
I need to write about the confusion with my name.


I was called Cynthia, only, before the near death
experience.

Since 2002 I made the choice to hallmark and to
express outwardly that I made a shift.  A must to
mark the new "man" or in this case wo"man".  My
near death experience and coming into contact with
God (or He came into contact with me!!) really altered
my feelings about my life and I needed to acknowledge that change by going from Cynthia to Adelle.

I am light hearted about it now.  I have gotten to "live"
with tgoing by my middle name and the newer me. Is
it new and  improved?  I sure hope so.  I am humbled
daily as to how narrow the path becomes.

Rights of passage.
I chose to go by my middle name, as it is my beloved maternal grandmother and she also was a very strong
yet compassionate and kind women.  

Adelle means Nobel and sweet..
what I hope to live up to.
Saul became Paul
Abram became Abraham
Sarai became Sarah
The "H" or Hey in Hebrew is power in itself and by
 putting the H in Gods name YHVH into theirs acknowledged the marriage of  God to man.
I do not proclaim that kind of status but I do see the
value in marking the change with the need to identify
 the new self.

I have old friends whom call me Cynthia, I do not
 expect them to remember nor call me
Adelle.

I do desire my new friends o call me Adelle
Oh well, just don't call me late for dinner!  
Right?  Right.

My own walk back to health placed all my education in a practical context that I walked out.  4th Stage liver cancer, breast cancer, severe sinusitis, allergies that were overwhelming.   Female issues that included menstrual / hormonal problems and ovarian cysts that really took a toll.  

All this left me feeling debilitated.  Lung issues that  stemmed from pneumonia as a child and my youthful stupidity of being an on and off smoker.   How am I today?  Doing great.  My allergies are down to just a few.  My female issues are all but gone.  

My ongoing need to handle stress better is my now primary thorn in the side.  All this gives me a drive to be sensitive and caring.  

My constant need to "know" drives me to read copious amounts of materials always trying to learn what is happening in the alternative, western medical world.  

Seeing the mistakes others make in trying to use one sided protocols to achieve wholeness has helped me look at the individual and find the modality blend that will achieve results.  Nothing in this world can replace the foundational need to cleanse and eat whole foods as the good Lord intended.          
Studies include Boulder College of Natural Medicine and my decision to remain current and comparing instructions and protocols I chose to study  again with Global College of Natural Medicine.

The Global College of Natural Medicine (GCNM) is a holistic health and wellness school based in California, which offers a Nutritional Consultant and Master Herbalists Program. The college is accredited through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) as well as the American Naturopathic Medical Certification Board (ANMCB)  I have studied courses from anatomy to physiology to toxicity, which includes the Institute for Optimum Nutrition.

The Three main pillars of health are created with the following;

I have gained wisdom from enlightened individuals like Hanna Kroeger, Dr. John Christopher and Dr. Richard Schulze.  Dr. R. Schulze program called "There Are No Incurable Diseases" was a foundational instruction for my own healing of 4th stage liver cancer.  

Now in remission since 2002.  I specialize in working in the areas of energy medicine and spiritual healing methods combined with herbal / integrated  nutritional consulting.

Other courses of study of Eastern, Western and Ayurvedic herbal remedies, Alan Keith Tillotson, PhD, AHG, D.Ay.  has brought an understanding of the medicinal herbs and herbal remedies I use and sell.    I also studied in Boulder, Colorado  with highly qualified teachers such as the` Hanna Kroeger  program. Heavy emphasis on detoxification studies by Jacqueline Krohn, MD and Frances Taylor, MA.   How the body breaks down and what is needed to recover and restore the various body systems.
